JPB Group is a holding, specialized in real estate building and marketing. Its main activity is within the market of nursing residences.

pict-cosysIn 2006, the group decided to move forward the leisure residence market, through the creation of its own brand : Cosy's Résidences. Thus, the Cosy's Cadet was open in Paris in September 2008, and another Cosy's was open in Lille in July 2009. Other destinations in France are to open their Cosy's.
Within this frame, MN'Organisation is acting on a very panoramic way on the Cosy's brand and products. Indeed, MNO is both working on marketing, sales organization, multi-segment contracting, and on the creation and management of a dedicated booking department.
